Sign the petition to delist wolves and return management control to the states
On Dec. 18, 2025, the House passed H.R. 845, the “Pet and Livestock Protection Act.”

The bill would:
Remove gray wolves in the lower 48 states from the Endangered Species Act.
Restore management authority to individual states.
Direct the Interior Department to reissue the 2020 federal delisting rule.
Prevent the decision from being overturned through judicial review.
